BENEFITS OF A MORNING WORKOUT WITH EXAMPLE

Let me tell you the benefits of a morning workout by giving you a real-life example. This is an example based on my real-life on how working out in the mornings helped me grow personally. (physically and also mentally)

Let me share one of my personal experiences on how doing a morning workout (either in a gym or at home) helped me organize a healthy lifestyle. So basically, I am a very lazy person, and waking up early is a difficult task for me. One of the easy solutions for waking up early is to sleep early. I know it's a huge task if you are in your teenage or adult but trust me you need to do this continuously for 21 days and after that, you will be habituated because 'Consistency is the key'.

Now what's tough is not to wake up early, it is to convince yourself to wake up early and getting into the action. Yes, it is to deal with your mental thoughts which is difficult. So once you start doing it every day consistently, it becomes a habit.

Now after my workout is complete it helps me not to be lazy. I am back at my home with all the hard work and sweat, which makes me wanna get fresh. A perfect reason to bath. After that, I feel hungry because of the workout, again a perfect reason to have a heavy breakfast. Also, my mind helps me choose healthier food to support my workout for the next day. You complete your daily tasks and actions with a lot of focus and also proactively. And finally, you also get a good sleep after completing all your tasks which helps your body perform better on the next day.

You need to make it a habit or lifestyle to get the work done easily. Now I know it doesn't work for everyone to do a workout in the morning. So, you need to plan accordingly and make efforts on it.

Here are some of the other benefits of working out in the mornings:

1. You get a reason to wake up early.

2. Your day starts healthy preventing you from all the negative thoughts, tensions that are going on in your life.

3. When you perform your workouts you are keen to focus on the reps, this helps you develop your mental focus.

4. You start feeling active during the day.

5. You start to feel hungry throughout the day and also feel like eating healthy as your body and brain want to support your workout. (This might not be the case for everyone)

6. Your brain becomes proactive entire the day.

7. You feel to take less stress as you feel mentally strong.

8. If you are a person who deals with overthinking, then doing exercise can help you reduce overthinking.
